The authorities have started the NUCAT 2024 registration process for test 2 on February 7, 2024. The last date to fill out the form is April 9, 2024.  This year, the NUCAT test 2 will be held from April 20, 2024, to April 22, 2024. What are the eligibility requirements for the NUCAT 2024 examination?

To appear in the NUCAT 2024 exam, the students are advised that they should first check the eligibility criteria of this exam before participating in the exam. The students should also ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements of this exam because if they don't do this, they will not be allowed to appear in the NUCAT 2024 exam.

NUCAT 2024 eligibility requirements for the General category students:

• The student should have completed 17 years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission.
• The student should have cleared/passed class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 45% marks as an aggregate in the optional subjects of Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Electronics, with English as one of the languages of study.
• The students who are appearing for the class 12 examination can also apply for the NUCAT 2024 exam.

NUCAT 2024 eligibility requirements for the NRI category students:

• The student should have completed 17 years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission.
• The students who are Foreign nationals, Persons of Indian Origin including Overseas Citizens of India or the students who have cleared/qualified/passed Class 12 outside India or the students who have passed/cleared Class 12 in India but sponsored by parents/blood relatives having NRI status fall under NRI/Foreign National category, can apply for the NUCAT 2024 exam.
•  The admission under the NRI category will be based on inter-se merit considering the marks secured in PCM subjects in Class 12.

The stepwise registration process for the NUCAT 2024 exam:

The below-mentioned steps will be required by the students while they fill out the NUCAT 2024 application form.

• First, the student will go to the official website of the NUCAT 2024 exam apply.nitte.edu.in
• Now the student will register on the website as a first-time user.
• Then the student will enter all the required details which are asked for registration.
• After completing the registration process, the student will receive the login credentials on the registered mobile number or email ID. Then he/she will have to log in to the website using the login credentials.
• After that, the student will open the form and fill out the application form by providing all the required details and uploading the documents.
• In this step, the student will pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000.
• Once the payment is done, the student will submit the form and print the confirmation page for future reference.
